-All packages will be covered by XDRART until they are handed over to the delievery service. After that the package becomes the delivery service and customer's responsibility. Lost/Stolen Packages:
Due to this being a small business, I unfortunately cannot support replacing lost/stolen packages. All packages that are shipped are secured, however once the package has been delievered to the marked address the postal service's obligation has been fufilled and insurance can no longer be claimed.
